Apple Premium Reseller


Based on the Apple Store model, the Apple Premium Reseller (APR) concept is designed to provide consumers an opportunity to test the products in areas called "Solution Zones.”

The one-on-one applications of APR designs are made by Apple’s international team and are carried out with Bilkom’s authorization in Turkey. The technical support, training, third party products and services available to consumers in Apple Stores abroad are also provided by APR’s.

APR’s not only offer Apple products within the Apple environment, but also various accessories, such as printers, digital cameras and consumables wanted by Mac and iPod users.

Apple Authorised Reseller

Authorized Business Partner
Legal entities authorized by Bilkom that promote and sell Apple products. They comprise a team of employees to conduct these activities.

Sectoral Solution Partner
Performs project-based sales as a business partner comprising Apple solutions with a team of employees specialized in vertical sectors, such as audio/visual, medical, training, publication and servers.

Service and Support Centers

Regional Services
TSE (Turkish Standards Institution)-certified service/support centers with an extensive service parts inventory and staffed by Apple’s technically certified employees at a sufficient level. Apple users, retail chains and our business partners without maintenance and repair service agreements can get services from regional services.

Specialization Centers
TSE-certified centers with a sufficient number of qualified specialist technical employees who hold an Apple technical certificate, as well as a sufficient spare parts inventory and know-how.

Authorized Service Centers
TSE-certified service/support centers with employees who are directly technically certified by Apple, under the auspices of Apple Sales and Solutions Partners. They also serve other Apple users in addition to their own customers.

Communication and Support Points
Support and product delivery points at shopping centers and settlement units where Bilkom product users can find an easy means of access to our services. Employees at these centers offer support services at an advanced user level (first level). They receive the products that need maintenance and repair services in accordance with the identified rules, and they are responsible for delivering them to our users after repairs are carried out.
