After completion of Istanbul Technical University – Industrial Engineering BS studies during 1994, Mr. Varlık started his career as Business Development Analyst – MT at Duzey Pazarlama in FMCG Distribution business in Turkey.
During 1995, Mr. Varlık joined Koç Holding HQ, a Fortune Global 500 Corporation in Strategic Planning and New Business Development areas. During 1998, Mr. Varlık completed his MBA degree from Carnegie Mellon-Tepper School of Business in the US and joined TRW Automotive, a US based Fortune Global 500 Corporation in Strategic Planning and New Business Development areas. Mr. Varlık joined Koç IT Group after relocating back to Turkey during 2001, worked in strategic planning and new business development areas and in parallel assumed board level responsibilities at diverse companies under Koç IT Group umbrella. During 2007, Mr. Varlık joined Bilkom as Finance and Operations Director and then assumed CEO role.
Mr. Varlık is a 1990 Robert College, 1994 Istanbul Technical University and 1998 Carnegie Mellon University – MBA Graduate. Mr. Varlık completed Harvard Business School – Advanced Management Program (AMP) during 2015.
Ballıkaya started his professional career at Siemens Nixdort as Systems Engineer managing Projects and Information Systems. After working for Microsoft as Marketing Engineer, he has joined Bilkom in 1997 as Professional Market Manager. Having performed Channel Manager, Sales Manager and Sales Group Manager functions respectively, Ballikaya continues to serve as Sales Director since 2009.
Ballıkaya has graduated form Istanbul Erkek High School and Istanbul Technical University Control and Computer Departments, with B.Sc and M.Sc degrees.

Finance and Operation Director
Güvener started his professional life as an Assistant Accountant at the American Hospital in 2000, Finance and Accounting responsibilities at different levels in the area in 2005 as Accounting Manager and then separated. In Shaya Group Turkey in 2005 working as Deputy Director of Budget and Reporting Güvener, and then worked as Director of Finance in the White Fleet. In 2006, participating Bilkom trust in the Directorate of Finance and Accounting Group in 2009 after three years work experience in Finance and was promoted to the position of Operations Director.
Güvener, graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Economics.

Can Irmak Sağıroğlu
Marketing and Business Development Director
Can Irmak started his business life as the System Development Manager at Bilpa, Yapı Kredi Bankası, a technology company, in 1994.
Changing his position to Major Companies Sales Manager at Bilkom, Sağıroğlu worked as Education Industry Sales Manager, Product Manager and Product Group Manager, respectively. As of 2018, Sağıroğlu works as the Marketing and Business Development Director after completing his proxy duty as Marketing Director.
Sağıroğlu graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Control-Computer Engineering Department in 1993 and he is married with 2 children. He speaks English.

Starting his business life as Sales Specialist at Louis Vuitton & Moet Hennessy in 2000, Sezer started working as Human Resources Senior Specialist at Goldaş Mağazacılık ve Pazarlama A.Ş. after working at various stages in sales.
Sezer worked as Human Resources Assistant Manager at Darty Turkey from 2009 to 2012 and as Human Resources Manager at Kahve Dünyası in 2013. He joined Bilkom as Human Resources Manager in 2014. Sezer was promoted to Human Resources Director in 2018.
